1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed within the scope described below by Nine Visuals (Eylül Ayvazoğlu) as data controller, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

- Request data: sector, type of need, number of products, target date, approximate budget range and project summary.
- File data: product images or brief files you upload.
- Transaction security data: anonymised visit records and browser information.

- Assessing your project request and responding to you
- Preparing proposal, scope and schedule information
- Carrying out contractual processes
- Measuring service quality and improving the website
4. Legal basis
Your personal data is processed on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2-(c) "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and art. 5/2-(f) "legitimate interest", and, depending on the request, on your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with our hosting and email infrastructure providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service. It is not otherwise transferred to third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
6. Retention period
Request records are retained for a reasonable period after the relevant process is completed, subject to legal obligations; at the end of that period they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to request information about your personal data, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to the contact email address stated on the site.
